Since its inception in 1970, the company has shown steady growth and progressed over a period of five decades. Currently we have an annual turnover of more than INR 650 crores and a group turnover of more than INR 850 crores (F.Y. 2021-22). Further we have sold more than 1,40,000 MT of Steel in F. Y. 2021-22 and served around 850+ customers.

(JSPL), Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd. (RINL), Uttam Value Steels Ltd. and many more. We stock and deal across a plethora of products of these companies ranging from Structural Steel, Steel Plates, Steel Sheets, Reinforcement Bars, Rail Tracks, Semi- Finished products, Roofing Sheets and many more.

Additionally, our company is a system and value driven organization which ensures that all the steps and procedures are followed with complete transparency.
We have State of the Art Warehousing facility located in the center of India accompanied with our in house Decoiling and Straightening facility for Flat Steel Coils and Rebar coils.
We also have a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of Divyansh Steel P Ltd. which is an PGCIL approved rolling mill located in the vicinity of Nagpur coupled with a captive Solar Power plant of 1 MW.
